I’m using a Sandisk 120GB SSD as my boot drive. I’ve loaded Windows 8.1 onto this and can boot to Windows in about 10-15 seconds of hitting the poet button.
I’m also using two 1TB 7200 RPM Seagate Hard Drives. Newer games take tons of space so I know I need a lot of space. My existing collections on Steam and Origin will already eat up a ton of hard drive space. I am future proofed for more.
I also have another 1TB 7200 RPM Western Digital Hard Drive.
I also have various laptop hard drives that I plugged into the system as well.
Even with al of the above plugged in, I still have more room for expansion.
I do backup all of my data on a regular basis to external hard drives and to the cloud. I learned my lesson on data loss many many years ago.
Since I have the space, maybe I should configure some type of RAID array.
